• Farsido is now open source under GPL. 2 years ago I made Farsido based on Simredo unicode editor to convert other Persian systems to unicode. I deliberately put a time limit to force people to try new versions of the program. I did what I wanted and will not be doing any furthur development for now, but the code is available under GPL. Hope you find it useful in converting to unicode.
• My guide to Setting up Unicode is now updated to support Mac OS X in addition to Linux (KDE) and Windows, as well as different browsers (some are links to other sites). Although the instructions mention Farsi they work on any supported language.
